Connected care platform, built in clinical modules

Treatment does not
happen only at the hospital.in the appointment.in the infusion chair.in the lab.

It happens at home, at three in the morning, when the fever rises. Aura Onco keeps everything the patient lives between appointments — and hands it to the care team, organised.

Trends across cycles

One lab result is a dot. Six become the curve of a cycle.

Platelets fall inside the nadir window and rise again after it — that is the expected behaviour. What matters is knowing whether that recovery came, and when.

  • The drop at nadir is expected; a slow recovery is the signal.
  • Cycle after cycle, the latest curve is compared with the one before it.
  • No typing: she photographs the lab report and the value joins the series.

The patient app

Opens on exactly what matters today.

Cycle, today's doses and the check-in on how she is feeling — on the first screen, no searching. Reminders go off at the time she chooses.

02:41 · middle of the night

Fever of 38.4 °C logged in ten seconds.

Step 01 · logging

She notes symptoms, doses and tests as part of her own routine.

Dose confirmed

All 10 of the day's doses, one by one, on her schedule.

Step 02 · organising

Aura adds context and highlights what needs attention.

Test attached

The blood count from 15/06 goes into the folder, searchable.

Step 03 · appointment

The PDF report arrives ready for the appointment.

Step 04 · connection

If her hospital is a partner, she decides whether to connect.

Always

The app is hers. The team comes in only if she wants it to.

Her journey

The journey runs through her. Not through the system.

Everything she logs at home becomes history, context and — if she chooses — a notice for the team. Nothing leaves here without her permission.

For clinics and hospitals

She logs it at home.
The team sees it on the dashboard.

  1. 2:41 a.m., at home: she logs the fever in the app.
  2. Because she connected her account to the hospital, the entry goes to the team.
  3. It lands at the top of the queue, by severity. The team sees it and decides what to do.

With no hospital connected, the entry stays in her app and never becomes an alert. Access is isolated by institution and by patient↔team link.

  • Alert queue by severity
  • Consolidated patient file
  • Schedule and cycles
Why Aura

A medical record keeps what the team saw. What the patient lived is missing.

Between one appointment and the next, 21 days go by with nobody writing anything down. The fever that came and went, the missed dose, the nausea that came back three times — all of it turns into “I'm fine, doctor” in the waiting room. Aura Onco exists for that gap.

Today, without Aura
  • A symptom in the middle of the nighton paper, or from memory
  • Testsa paper folder, photos on the phone
  • Dose adherencerecalled at the appointment
  • Sign of worseningdiscovered in the emergency room
With Aura Onco
  • A symptom in the middle of the nightlogged with date and time
  • Testsattached, with history
  • Dose adherenceconfirmed dose by dose
  • Sign of worseningat the top of the team's queue

“Asking the medical record how the three weeks at home went is like asking the speedometer where you are going.”

Health data is sensitive data. We treat it that way.

How we handle your data

Questions? Answers.

Yes, on its own. The patient logs, organises and exports the PDF report without depending on any institution. If her hospital is a partner, she decides whether to connect her account.

Only after the link is accepted, and only the team at the linked institution. Access is isolated by institution and by patient↔team link, with a record of who accessed what.

No. The platform organises information and supports communication. Alerts point to what deserves the team's attention; clinical decisions always rest with the responsible professional.

A guided care pilot: mapping the workflow with the institution, setting up the journey and the priority alerts, and following usage together with the team.

The database is in Brazil, under the LGPD (Brazil's data-protection law). Some services run outside Brazil — such as storage of uploaded tests and automated document reading — and the privacy policy lists each processor and where it is. There is a designated data protection officer (privacidade@auramedicina.com).
